Hi, I’m Julia Pharmer and I’m originally an Ohio native who has proudly and fondly called Helena my home since 2019. After graduating from Kent State University with a degree in Political Science, I moved west and found myself on the paralegal career path with a focus on contract management. I started working in the real estate realm when my cousin and mentor, Riley Kurtz, was in need of a transaction coordinator to help keep files organized behind the scenes. We both realized that my skill set would translate great into that role and after the first couple of months of working with him and the team, I decided to get my real estate license. I am so grateful this work allows me to make real connections with my community and I would love to help you find your perfect place to call home.

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my wife and our rather large fur family. When we aren’t chasing our pets around, I love to travel, craft and create art, go to coffee shops, thrift, and exercise. Montana has been wonderful to me and I can’t wait to share all the amazing things this community has to offer.
